  4. Ticket Purchases. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, you will be notified via email with instructions on how to proceed.

  5. Ticket Transfers. Tickets can be transferred to another person. To transfer a ticket, you must email the details of the transfer, including the name and contact information of the new ticket holder, to info@barsuk.ca

  6. Pricing and Availability. Ticket prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any typographical errors or inaccuracies in the pricing or availability of tickets.

  7. Privacy Policy. Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.

  8. Intellectual Property. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of the website owner (Heinrich Steingarten) and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without our express written permission.
