Getting There
How do I get to ZHARA?
ZHARA Festival is located at Stoco Lake Lodge 15 Trudeau Ln, Tweed ON MDriving or Carpooling is the best way to get there.
Rideshares/Carpooling
- Every year, members of our community offer rides to help other people get to the fest. We have had successful carpools from many locations: New York City, Montreal, and Toronto.
- If you are coming to Zhara and have room in your car for additional passengers, please consider offering a ride! You may offer and look for rides on our Facebook Event for this year and/or Facebook Group. Zhara is NOT responsible for Carpool and Ride Sharing arrangements.
Arrival and Entry
- Have your ticket printed, or e-ticket saved and ready to display on your mobile device, ready before you leave for the festival.
- At the gate, your tickets and IDs will be checked, security bands fastened on your wrist. You'll be given a brochure with a schedule of planned activities and Stage Lineups and directed to your preferred camping area.
- All attendees are subject to search upon entry.
- Festival wristbands must be worn at all times.
- Performers/Volunteers/Vendors: Be prepared with the name of the stage/area you are stationed at, the name of your liaison or contact representative, and have your tickets ready.
Early Arrival Policy (Thursday)
Zhara Festival will only be open to designated volunteers and Theme Camp crew on Thursday. General attendees may arrive on site starting at 1:00PM Friday. Any General Attendees arriving before this time will not be allowed to enter the festival. We take this really seriously, so please do not come early unless you’ve been issued an early arrival pass or you will be turned away at the gate. Early arrival passes are not sharable or transferable - They are tied to the name on your ID and can be used once.
